Due to business expansion, we are seeking an O&M Site Manager to be based at sites in Thailand, reporting to O&M Associate Director, TH in the Solar department.   

As the O&M Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in performance management, contractor management and overall asset management of the operational assets.  

The purpose of the role is to manage the operational projects in Thailand and support the growth of Levanta renewables by becoming an integral part of the team.  

• Responsible for operations and maintenance of ground mount solar power plants. 
• Accountable for maintenance activities of the plants including monitoring of the performance of the assets. 
• Responsible for performance improvement of operational assets.  
• Responsible for maintaining the overall performance of the assets as per our commitment with investors and lenders. 
• Management of necessary regulatory requirements for the operation of the plant. 
• Responsible for invoicing, coordinate with utility for payment collection.  
• Responsible for the development of the SOPs, method statements, and checklists for O&M activities on site. 
• Responsible for development of RFPs for O&M bidding, negotiations, and finalization of O&M contractors for solar power plants. 
• Responsible for managing the O&M contractor on site.  
• Responsible for takeover of new sites including development of handover plans etc.  
• Responsible for implementation of safety management system on the operational projects  
• Should be willing to travel to different sites as per requirement. 

• Bachelors’ degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering 
• 5+ years of experience in solar industry  
• Knowledge of the implementation of monitoring systems for solar power plants.  
• Due to the nature of the role, strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English would be required. 
• Strategic thinking and leadership skills 
• Strong prioritization skills  
• Able to plan and execute under defined procedures. 
• Experience in contractor finalization and management.  
• Strong data analytics skills.
