We are developing 1.5 GW of renewable energy projects in Southeast Asia through M&A and greenfield development of C&I and utility scale projects. To support our rapid growth and expansion, we are seeking an Asset Performance Manager, based in Thailand to join our C&I team.

As the Asset Performance Manager, you will play a key role in managing assets within Levanta Portfolio. This role will ensure compliance, contractual management, operational excellence and efficiency improvement with technical initiatives.

• Oversee the monitoring of solar rooftop systems and utility scale projects to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.
• Develop, implement, and analyze maintenance schedules, and coordinate with Site O&M Manager for regular maintenance and repairs.
• Analyze system performance data to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.
• Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Lead and manage a team of service technicians and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, ensuring timely availability for maintenance activities.
• Manage operating asset expenses and cost tracking

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields
• 5-7 years’ experience in Solar O&M or Solar Asset Management

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritize work and organize teams to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly for presenting analysis and recommendations to stakeholders and translating technical information for non-technical teams.
• Familiarity with solar monitoring software and maintenance tools.

• Experience in O&M of renewable energy projects would be an advantage
• Interpersonal relationship skills, ability to communicate with people of different cultures and backgrounds

• Ability to travel/ work upcountry in case by case to follow-up assignment
• Fluent in English both written and verbal (Minimum 750 TOEIC score as advantage)
