Due to business expansion, we are actively seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to be based in Malaysia/ Philippines/ Thailand to join our C&I Business. This role reports to Co-Head C&I business.

• Develop and maintain BI solutions using tools like Salesforce and Power BI, tailored to renewable energy sector needs
• Oversee the onboarding and integration of new procurement or other SaaS software as per the evolving business requirements
• Manage O&M data analytics, including the collection, analysis, and interpretation of operational data from renewable energy sites
• Design and implement automated invoicing systems for all solar plants to streamline billing processes with C&I off-takers
• Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for both strategic decision-making and operational efficiency of the Commercial and Industrial Business of Levanta Renewables
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across BI platforms and operational systems
• Train and support end-users in effectively utilizing BI tools and understanding operational and financial data
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BI technology to enhance the company’s capabilities
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to increase business and operational efficiency

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field
• Familiarity with onboarding and integrating procurement or other SaaS software into existing business systems
• Strong, demonstrable experience with Salesforce, including but not limited to:
  • Developing and maintaining custom Salesforce solutions and integrations
  • Creating reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key business metrics
  • Utilizing Salesforce for data analytics and business intelligence purposes
  • Managing Salesforce data and ensuring data quality and integrit
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable
  • Experience in BI solution development, particularly with tools like Power BI, in addition to Salesforce
  • Proven experience in BI solution development, particularly with Salesforce and Power BI

• Experience in handling O&M data and setting up automated systems, preferably in the renewable energy sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Prior experience in the renewable energy sector, especially in solar energy, is highly valued
