Due to business expansion, we are actively seeking an HSE Professional, TH to be Bangkok, Thailand. This role reports to the HSE Manager, TH. You will play a pivotal role in implementing and advancing our Environmental and Social Management Systems (ESMS), ensuring compliance with local regulations, company standards, and global best practices. This position is essential to fostering a safe, sustainable, and community-conscious work environment at our renewable energy operation sites across Thailand.
As an HSE Professional, you will:
- Collaborate with Operations leadership to effectively implement E&S Programs at our Thailand sites
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems, and procedures specific to renewable energy operations
- Support O&M managers and key influencers to nurture a culture that prioritizes Environmental and Social (E&S) responsibility
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification and safety audits for Levanta assets
- Assist in investigating incidents, near-misses, unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive HSE training programs for O&M personnel, emphasizing high-risk operations such as electrical safety, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and working at heights, ensuring consistent understanding and adherence to safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSE regulations related to renewable energy operations
- Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans, including fire safety, evacuation, and first aid procedures
- Assist with environmental monitoring programs, including waste management and environmental impact assessments
- Promote a positive HSE culture, including STOP WORK Authority to all personnel, including contractors and subcontractors
- Compile, analyze, and present HSE data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with HSE requirements
- Supports all other demands as assigned as per business needs
