SINGAPORE, 13 JANUARY 2026 – Levanta Renewables (Levanta), Actis’ pan–Southeast Asia renewable energy platform, has announced the acquisition of a fully operational 93 MWp ground-mounted solar portfolio in Thailand.
Spanning eight provinces, the portfolio will generate approximately 140+ GWh of renewable electricity annually for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) and the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) under long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
This acquisition further strengthens Levanta’s position as a leading investor in Thailand’s renewable energy sector and reflects our continued commitment to supporting the country’s clean energy ambitions. As we advance toward our 1.5 GW capacity target, we remain focused on building a resilient and sustainable power system for Southeast Asia.
This acquisition reflects the strength of our disciplined investment strategy and our ability to execute high-quality transactions that align with our long-term growth objectives. Building on our 330 MWp operational portfolio in Thailand, this expansion reinforces our strong counterparty partnerships while creating sustainable value across our platform.
Together with over 300 MW of ground-mounted solar, onshore wind, and battery storage projects under advanced development in the Philippines, alongside a growing pipeline across Southeast Asia, Levanta continues to scale a diversified, investment-grade renewable energy platform aligned with long-term value creation and regional decarbonisation goals.
